Hidden Atlas accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. Contact the store before sending anything back so the return can be reviewed and routed correctly.

Because products are made on demand, returns for size, color, or preference issues are reviewed case by case. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported with photos as soon as possible.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
